I have spent 14 years at Kaiser Permanente leading pricing strategy, venture analytics, and financial modeling for some of the organization's most complex business lines. I started Drislane Advisory because I kept seeing something that bothered me: small and mid-size business owners making major financial decisions — on pricing, expansion, cash flow, profitability — without access to the kind of senior finance expertise that larger organizations take for granted.

That's the gap I fill.

At Kaiser, I didn't just analyze numbers — I built the financial infrastructure that drove real decisions. I designed cost-based pricing models that lifted operating margins from under 20% to over 30%. I built financial models that became the central tool for capital allocation across a multi-million dollar venture portfolio. I led program expansions from pilot to regional rollout, generating double-digit revenue growth along the way.

I hold an MBA in Finance from the UC Irvine Paul Merage School of Business and a technical background in data analysis and advanced financial modeling.
